    I'm reading Point Surrender and all I can say is that Anne Carter is a wonderful writer and super story-teller!

    She perfect "first stop" on the Bookland Heights train. Whoo-whoo! (train whistle, in case you didn't know) :>)

    Nice to see my fan club showed up! :)

    In POINT SURRENDER, my favorite character to write was actually Irena Hastings, the innkeeper who apparently harbors a long-held grudge. At first a warm, grandmotherly type, Miss Hastings evolves (as all good characters do) a old spinster with a bad taste in her mouth.

    Loving the ride, will try to pick up more "passengers" as we travel along!

    Well, that didn't work well. Although I'm quite sure I typed it perfectly, Blogger removed some letters from my post. (Yeah, I know: garbage in, garbage out...)
